Shipping Policy
All purchases from polkaudio.com require a signature for delivery.
Free ground shipping is offered within the Continental US as standard. We also offer free expedited shipping and overnight shipping at an additional cost.
The Legend L600 and L800 and the Reserve R700 floor-standing speakers will ship freight and therefore, are not eligible for expedited or overnight shipping. Freight deliveries do not include inside delivery.
We cannot ship to addresses outside the US, nor do we ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Please note: once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
Shipping Timeline:
- Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Items are shipped out after processing at our fulfillment center.
Processing Timeline:
- Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days and Sundays ship out within 24 hours.
- Orders placed after 2pm ET or on Saturdays ship out the next business day.
- Additional Considerations: Please allow extra time for freight deliveries and refurbished products.
Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, and to most US addresses on Saturday and Sunday, excluding public holidays.
Please note some deliveries may experience unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control.
Holiday Timeline
We would like to have your Polk product to you by December 24th. Therefore, orders need to be submitted no later than the following dates:
Last day for Expedited shipping – order must be submitted by December 17th 2PM ET.
Last day for Overnight shipping – order must be submitted by December 19th 2PM ET.
This holiday shipping schedule is valid only to U.S. customers within the 48 contiguous states (not including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) and applies to Polk products purchased from the U.S. Polk website.
PRE-ORDERS
We may from time to time offer products for pre-orders. In such case, we will not be able to ship to you within the shipping terms as set out above and will inform you of the expected shipping date. The shipping indication is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Ships: 1 business day,” the item will leave our warehouse one business day after you place your order.
Occasionally, we will communicate shipping and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order on the earlier communicated date. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times. If you disagree with the new shipping date you do have the possibility to cancel your order by calling Customer Care.
